Terms & Conditions

Subscriptions include payments up to and including 1st July 2026. Our 2026/2027 term (which includes 1st August 2026 to1st July 2027) revised pricing will be released WB 02/07/2026 when bookings open for new members.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any fees not paid on the 1st of the month will incur £10 late payment fee which will be added on as a cover payment.

Our fees are pro-rata across 12 monthly payments. All fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy-we require one month's written notice along with one final full fee payment for cancellation. Please email or make your coach aware you want to cancel childs classes.

£10 new term registration fee is included when signing up to the year ahead .
